Jobstreet Happy at Work

Filipinos are less happy in the workplace according to JobStreet.com. Correspondents said that salary increase, getting a new job will make them happier in 6 months.

Last October 25, 2017, Mr. Philip Gioca, Country Manager of Jobstreet.com Philippines presented the Job Happiness in the Philippine Perspective. Take a look at the Philippine's 2017 Happiness at Work Report.

The Philippines’ job satisfaction level dropped from 5.25 in 2016 to its current rating of 4.97 on a 10-point scale. According to JobStreet.com’s 2017 Job Happiness Index, the key factors associated with unhappiness at work are lack of career development and training opportunities, as well as the management style of a company’s leadership team.

JobStreet.com surveyed 9,326 Philippine respondents from July 31 to August 31, 2017. The respondents were from different position levels (predominantly junior executives and supervisors) and represented a diverse mix of specializations. Fiftysix percent of respondents came from the National Capital Region, 12% from Southern Tagalog, 7% from overseas, 6% from Central Luzon, and 5% from Cebu City/Province.

“More and more Filipinos are looking for career development. They want to move forward in their chosen fields, but the lack of career development and training opportunities in their current companies seem to hold them back,” jobStreet.com Country Manager Philip Gioca said.

When respondents were asked what will make them happier in the next six months, 33% said a salary increase would help, but 23% wish to resign and get a new job.

Colleagues and work location make Filipinos happy at work

The respondents who said they were happy cited colleagues, work location, and company reputation as the top three drivers of workplace satisfaction. This is largely true across all demographics.

Baby Boomers are the happiest

According to the study, in terms of generations, baby boomers, or those born before 1960, are the happiest at 5.63, followed by the those belonging to Generation Z at 5.10.

The same can be said in terms of position level, where the top executives or the more established segment of the workforce, which are expectedly populated by the baby boomers, as well as the Fresh Graduates, have the highest happiness score.

Generation Xers barely managed to score above neutral at 5, while millennials, who compose the majority of workplaces, are below neutral with an average of 4.9.

“The results of this study serve as a wake-up call for companies who wonder why there is such a high turnover rate. Career development, training opportunities, and the management style of the company’s leadership team are just some of the reasons why many Filipinos are unhappy in the workplace. It would be best if managers can get to the heart of why this is happening as each company’s DNA is unique,” Gioca added.

The 2017 Job Happiness Index was conducted in Southeast Asia, with a sample size of 35,513. Job satisfaction is highest in Indonesia (5.27), followed by Vietnam (5.19), the Philippines (4.97), Malaysia (4.65), Thailand (4.55), Hong Kong (4.45), and Singapore (4.31).

That's why if you're looking for a work and happiness at the same time, go to the official website and create your account right away at www.jobstreet.com.ph for free using your email or facebook. And you can start a career that will make you happy for sure!

Enlighten Your Dish this Holiday Season with the New Eden Queso De Bola

Ever since, Eden Cheese is my favorite Cheese brand. From making Spaghetti, Meaty Salsa, to dessert! Yema Cake is one of my favorite and it's not complete without Eden cheese because i put lots of grated Eden Cheese for toppings! I also put Eden Cheese cubes every time i make fruit salad for the family to make it more creamy and cheesier!

Last October 23, 2017, Eden Cheese, the market leader in the Philippine Cheese category, introduces a new flavor innovation exclusive only for this Holiday season, the Eden Queso De Bola (QDB) flavor.

For the first time in its 36-year history, it is the first flavor innovation by Eden exclusively for Holiday and is proudly developed in the Philippines!

The Eden Queso De Bola launch was held at the Limbaga 77 Cafe in Quezon City where bloggers and media guests are present to witnessed and taste the yumminess and creaminess of Eden Queso De Bola Cheese!

The event started with the live performance of the OPM Rockstar Musicians, Mr. Raymond Marasigan.

Chef DJ Santos shows us how to level up the 3 Recipes with the help of the media guests!

First is the Cheesy Caldereta, just add the melted cheese on top of the caldereta and add some dash of paprika! Note that when melting cheese, you have to grate it first or slice it and you can also add some milk to melt the cheese.

Second is the Triple Cheese Morcon that was made with bits of cheese, the sauce on top contains melted Eden cheese and lastly, the dish was topped with grated cheese and was torched to add a smokey flavor.

The third one is the Cheesy Buko Pandan, with big chunks of eden cheese. The plain buko pandan level up and became more cheesier!

For the first time in its 36-year history, it is the first flavor innovation by Eden exclusively for Holiday and is proudly developed in the Philippines!

Proudly developed and produced by Mondelez Philippines, Eden Cheese aims to strengthen its market leadership position through Eden’s deep understanding of the Filipino consumers’ taste preference, especially during Holiday.

Carlo Licuanan, Mondelez’s Southeast Asia and China Marketing Director for the Meals category shares that this move is a step to hopefully grow the carton cheese category.  “As a pioneer and the market leader of the carton cheese category, we want to accelerate our growth and that of the category by providing a new taste, innovation and experience for consumers to enjoy. We take pride in launching our Queso de Bola-flavored Eden Cheese. It is the first flavor innovation by Eden exclusively for Christmas and is proudly developed right here in the Philippines. We put great value in our product that not only reflects the traditional and memorable ‘Paskong Pinoy’ (Filipino Christmas) but also is sensitive to the pockets of Filipinos. Eden QDB, at P59 SRP for the 165g pack and P159 SRP for the bigger 440g carton, can now grace the table of every Filipino family during Noche Buena and any occasion for family gatherings.”

As the marketer of globally iconic snack brands such as  Cheez Whiz, Cadbury Dairy Milk and Oreo cookies to name a few, Mondelez Philippines tapped its global expertise in food innovation to develop the new cheese flavor that will help upgrade Pinoy Christmas traditions. “We believe that by introducing this new flavor in the carton cheese category, we are opening more possibilities for our consumers to upgrade their Christmas dishes and provide a whole new level of food enjoyment with their families this coming holiday season,” says Michelle Gan, Mondelez Philippines’ Category Lead for Meals. “Eden has already become a Christmas food staple by making holiday dishes more delicious through its creamy taste. However, we want to further entice the hearts and palates of Filipinos by combining a classic Christmas cheese product which is the Queso de Bola, together with the taste preference of Filipinos who look for that rich and creamy texture in their cheese.  Now moms can have a wider opportunity to upgrade their Christmas food specialties—from cheese appetizers to spaghetti, from a traditional pan de sal and cheese to the special Caldereta and even Buko Salad—using our Eden Queso de Bola flavor.”

Eden Queso de Bola flavor is a limited edition product and is available only until the end of the holidays.

Keeping homes safe during rainy season

The rainy season may mean cooler days but it also brings thunderstorms, floods, and strong winds that can cause accidents or lead to calamities.

Solane, the country’s leading LPG solutions provider, tries to help its clients remain safe and secure by reinforcing its Dapat Lang advocacy campaign, which emphasizes the importance of doing the right thing for the family, for others, and society as a whole. Solane suggests precautionary steps families can take to protect lives and properties during inclement weather:

Be informed and stay alert. Be informed to avoid flashfloods, lightning and other dangerous conditions during the rainy season. Monitor your surroundings and keep track of the weather forecast through the internet, TV, or radio.

Prepare a disaster kit. Pack a disaster kit to sustain the family in the event of severe weather conditions. Kit should have essential items that will last for at least three days like potable water, first aid kit, medicines, food that doesn’t require cooking or refrigeration, portable and battery-operated radio, flashlights, and extra batteries.

Safety during lightning. Stay indoors during thunderstorms. Unplug electronic devices, including TV, computers, home entertainment systems, and corded phones inside the homes as they may cause electrocution or fires.

Be prepared to evacuate. Discuss evacuation plans with family and specify a meeting place when separated. Set the safe places to go to during strong rains and flood. Know the alternative routes to take to avoid flooded areas.

With proper and careful preparation, you and your family can avoid the dangers of the rainy season.

Safeguard and the Pambansang Bae team up to remind Filipino to wash their hands

In this year’s Global Handwashing Day celebration, Safeguard has partnered with one of the most prominent personalities in the country today to bring attention to the importance of proper and habitual handwashing. The nation’s leading soap together with the “Pambasang Bae” Alden Richards join forces to educate Filipinos on the importance of handwashing through the power of a song.

Alden himself sang the handwashing song and invites every Filipino to make it a habit to unfailingly wash their hands with Safeguard in these 5 “hugas non-negotiables” -- before “mano”, after using the toilet, before eating, after playing and before bonding. And more importantly, to spread the love and not the germs this holiday season.

If you’ve ever wondered the kind of impact personal hygiene really makes on the spread of germs and general health of the public, consider these sobering statistics gathered from the first Philippines Handwashing Index, a breakthrough study recently commissioned by the nation’s leading soap brand, Safeguard.

It has been discovered that Filipinos touch more than 23 other people per day, summing up to more than 90 ‘touches’ a day on average. However, they wash our hands only 5 times a day! There are other shocking findings that show opportunities for improvement on handwashing habits particular on specific occasions:
After using the toilet:

7 out of 10 Filipinos CLAIM to wash their hands after using the toilet but—ONLY 2 out of 10 really do.
A shocking 64% of Filipinas DO NOT wash their hands at all after using a mall toilet.

Before eating and cooking
It was observed that 60% of females washed their hands with water ONLY before cooking.
Before feeding the kids, 40% washed their hands with water ONLY.

Before and after bonding:
o 80% of Filipinos DO NOT wash their hands after shaking hands with another person
o 40% of Filipinos DO NOT wash their hands before touching young children

After playing or travelling
o 49% DO NOT wash their hands after using their mobile phones
o 50% DO NOT wash their hands after traveling on public transportation

If these statistics seem particularly innocuous, keep in mind that one of the fastest ways to spread germs and diseases is by human contact and ingesting contaminated food. Clearly, Filipinos haven’t nurtured the habit of proper hand washing, and based on statistics, a great number do not care. There’s a great opportunity to educate citizens that washing hands with soap can effectively remove disease-causing germs and is the most basic way to prevent oneself from getting sick.

Did you know that 1.5 million children around the world die every year due to diarrhea? As shocking as it may seem, diarrhea is the second most common cause of death among kids. UNICEF has declared that pneumonia takes the lives 1.8 million children globally each year. Furthermore, in a study done by DOH locally, it has been found out that pneumonia is the number one cause of death among Filipino children of age 1-14 years. Believe it or not, the simple habit of proper handwashing with an anti-bacterial soap can be an effective way of reducing these incidents.

Bawat hugas, dapat Safeguard hugas

With the arrival of the ber months, these facts will become even more worrisome. The holidays mean more frequent gatherings with friends and family—and with it, the chances of you spreading germs to others increase.

“The results of the Philippine Handwashing Index indicate that Filipinos clearly haven’t nurtured the habit of proper handwashing. Which is why, Safeguard continues to take active steps to spread awareness on its relevance specifically through the Global Handwashing Day and through the new handwashing song with Alden Richards,” explains Jia Salindong- Du, Safeguard Philippines Brand Manager.

Ultimately, this is a call for every Filipino to do their part in promoting handwashing to keep everyone healthy and protected from germs throughout this season. Make it a habit to wash your hands with Safeguard in these 5 “hugas non-negotiables” -- before “mano”, after using the toilet, before eating, after playing and before bonding.

Share the newest Safeguard handwashing song led by Alden to remind your friends and family about the significance of handwashing especially during the Holiday season:
https://www.facebook.com/SafeguardPhilippines/videos/1609451919112712/

Made especially for the holidays, Safeguard is launching its Holiday gift sets, which contain Safeguard Pure White Body Wash (400ML), Pure White Liquid Handsoap (225ML) and a FREE loofa. These limited editions packs will be available for only PHP 199 beginning October 15, 2017.

Filinvest City takes the LEED and goes for gold

Filinvest City has embodied the principles of smart growth with walkable streets and an inviting mix of trees and development to foster a sense of community for over twenty years.

In its bid to further cement its enviable position as a true model green CBD, Filinvest City in Alabang has recently registered with the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design or LEED rating system, aiming for the prestigious Gold Certification. Filinvest City has engaged Barone International, a Philippine-based sustainability and LEED consulting firm with offices in Guam and Houston, Texas, as its LEED Accredited Professional.

In line with this vision is Filinvest City’s further enhancement of its future-ready masterplan through the guidance of renowned design firm AECOM Singapore, evident in its introduction of multiple innovative green features. At the core of this transformation is the “green belt” aptly called the Spectrum Midway Linear Park, a foliage-canopied walkway that spans across the north and south ends of the CBD. Filinvest City also takes pride in its bike lanes, which are purposely built and integrated in the sidewalk. Already in place as well is a thriving bird habitat, a living creek, a bike trail, and tree-canopied road networks.

Filinvest City, with all these advancements, sets out to be the first masterplanned development in the country to pursue the up-to-date and more stringent LEED version four of Neighborhood Development (ND)-Plan certification, with only two other developments in the world – in Japan and Italy – bearing this coveted recognition.

Projects pursuing LEED certification earn points across several areas that address sustainability issues – among them location and transportation, sustainable sites, water efficiency, and energy and atmosphere – providing independent verification of the green features of a particular building or neighborhood in the key areas of design, construction, operations, and maintenance.

In the LEED ND rating system, the major prerequisites and credits considered are categorized as Smart Location and Linkage (SLL), which considers transit accessibility, ecosystems and open spaces, and jobs and housing proximity; Neighborhood Pattern and Design (NPD) which looks into walkable streets, neighborhood connections, parking and transportation demand, among others; and Green Infrastructure and Buildings (GIB) that review such characteristics as energy efficiency and conservation,

energy production and distribution, water efficiency and conservation, green building process, heat islands, and light pollution.

Filinvest City deliberately takes all these into account as it continuously aims to fuse the needs of the people, nature, and commerce, making it one of the most progressive green neighborhood developments in the metro. According to Dean Barone of Barone International, Filinvest City has embodied the principles of smart growth with walkable streets and an inviting mix of trees and development to foster a sense of community for over twenty years.

Aside from proactively embracing green initiatives, the masterplan for Filinvest City encourages transportation alternatives, and preservation of sensitive lands – all aimed at benefitting the public as a whole. The development emphasizes vibrant, equitable communities that are healthy, walkable and of mixed-use. Moreover, Filinvest City also promotes the construction and design of sustainable, energy, and water efficient structures.

Simply put, its green features were put in place for the ultimate benefit of residents and locators, all towards the goal of making Filinvest City an ideal community, one that is balanced and eco-sustainable – providing for a meaningful contribution to a greener economy.

Safeguard leads a movement to a healthier Philippines through the Global Handwashing Day

If you’ve ever wondered the kind of impact personal hygiene really makes on the spread of germs and general health of the public, consider these sobering statistics gathered from the first Philippines Handwashing Index, a breakthrough study recently commissioned by the the nation’s leading soap brand, Safeguard.

7 out of 10 Filipinos CLAIM to wash their hands after using the toilet but—ONLY 2 out of 10 really do.
A shocking 64% of Filipinas DO NOT wash their hands at all after using a mall toilet.
ONLY 40% of children wash their hands—and they don’t use soap either.
Half of Filipinos DO NOT wash their hands after using their mobile phones—known to be one of the dirtiest surfaces.
Filipinos touch MORE THAN 23 other people, averaging 90 unique ‘touches’ per day. However, they wash our hands ONLY 5 times per day.

In this year’s Global Handwashing Day celebration, Safeguard and the “Pambasang Bae” Alden Richards join forces to educate Filipinos on the importance of handwashing through the power of a song.

“Through the years, Safeguard has made it a mission to educate as many Filipinos on the importance and proper way to hand wash. Since the 1960s, Safeguard has been able to educate millions of children and provide numerous hygiene facilities in partnership with the Philippine Association of Medical Technologists (PAMET), Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Education (DepEd). And this year, we are proud to have Alden with us to sing the hand washing Christmas song that reminds everyone to wash their hands,” shares Jia Salindong- Du, Safeguard Philippines Brand Manager.

Share the newest Safeguard handwashing song led by Alden to remind your friends and family to wash their hands with Safeguard:

Made especially for the holidays, Safeguard is launching its Christmas gift sets, which contain Safeguard Pure White Body Wash (400ML), Pure White Liquid Hand Soap (225ML) and a FREE loofah. These limited editions packs will be available for only PHP 199 beginning October 15, 2017.

Launched in 1996, this Pinoy burger was re-introduced in 2013 as the Amazing Aloha Yumburger and in 2014 as the Amazing Aloha Champ. Best known for featuring a sweet, juicy pineapple ring among its main ingredients, this uniquely  flavorful burger has delighted the taste buds of Jollibee's loyal customers.

Jollibee Brand Manager for Yumburger Luis Berba talks about what makes the Aloha Yumburger both legendary and amazing.

"The Amazing Aloha Yumburger is Jollibee's most successful limited-time-offer," shared Luis Berba, Jollibee Brand Manager for Yumburger. "There was nothing like it in the market since we first included it in the Jollibee menu. Back then, burgers were fundamentally similar. Jollibee wanted to introduce something different to the Filipino market, something thar brings together the sweet-savory flavor combination that many Pinoy diners love."

The Amazing Aloha Yumburger comes in two variants, Solo for P85 and Double Aloha for P109.

The result of this desire to bring something different to the table was the explosive combination of ingredients, textures and flavors on a truly flavorful sweet-savory burger.

The Jollibee Amazing Aloha Yumburger owes its legendary status to the flavor explosion that comes with every bite. The heart of every Aloha Yumburger is the 100% langhap-sarap pure beef patty, which has cemented the place of Jollibee Yumburger in the hearts of customers. Flavor-packed on its own, the langhap-sarap patty reaches another level of deliciousness when combined with sweet and juicy pineapple ring, crisp bacon strip, a specially blended honey mustard dressing, and fresh lettuce.

Empowering the Filipina with #AhonPinay

Ahon Pinay is an advocacy that celebrates the modern-day heroine in every Filipina, aiming to eliminate boundaries in gender professional capabilities and to open dialogue on issues women face in their respective industries.

Various groups have already put gender equality under the spotlight. Among them are Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) which have adopted the theme “Kapakanan ni Juana, Isama sa Agenda!” (Include Women in the Agenda) and have already actively called for gender-balance in leadership and decision making positions in public and private sector.

LOCAL EFFORTS

In partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) of the Philippines, Ariel through its #AhonPinay campaign, have recently signed an agreement to implement a program that will empower women in the workplace, particularly in the technical-vocation (tech-voc) sector. The TESDA-Ariel partnership will enable the implementation of evening classes for competency-based training in several tech-voc courses that are traditionally male-dominated like Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Plumbing, Automotive Servicing and Electrical Installation and Maintenance, which are in-demand jobs in the country and abroad. Apart from challenging themselves by taking on these tasks, these women are also trained to aim for a better finanacial future for their families. To date, this partnership has churned out 37 graduates of highly skilled Filipinas, and aims to reach a total of 60 graduates by end of 2017.

Recognizing that chores can be done by anyone, Ariel also rolled out the #JuanWash campaign which is targeted towards men. Its goal is straightforward and goes right into the heart of the matter – to get men to do their share of laundry duties, one wash at a time. For Ariel men, this goes beyond simply doing the laundry, as it also shows their support to their wives, and moulds their children into understanding the equal role of men and women in doing the household chores.

Launched online last September 1, 2017, the #JuanWash campaign not only celebrated those men who have done their part of laundry duties, but also dedicated Fridays as #JuanWash days. Considering that most Filipino households do their laundry twice a week, getting men to do the laundry once a week means doing their equal share of the load. By getting men to do the laundry at least once a week, Ariel hopes to transform them into laundry experts with the help from Ariel Power Gel that’s especially formulated for better stain removal with just one wash.

In partnership with Eat Bulaga, Ariel also scoured through many different barangays in Metro Manila to find Juan Washers every Friday. This put the spotlight on individual Juan Washers, and showcased how valuable their role is in further pushing gender equality in the family and in the community. In so doing, Ariel Men all over the Philippines were able to collect 10,000 laundry hours in just one month, which represents the number of hours freed up for the women in their lives

To celebrate this feat, Ariel handed over the 10,000 laundry hours to the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW), represented by their Chief of Corporate Affairs and Information Resource Management Division, Ms. Honey Castro, as a symbolic gift to women, while emphasizing Ariel’s support for gender equality in the household.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL EFFORTS

In Vietnam, Ariel partnered with the Vietnam Women’s Union (VWU) and Saigon Coop, a local supermarket chain to support female initiatives. For this leg, the Rise Women campaign provided a grant to winning women awardees in various fields to acknowledge their contributions. Many outstanding women from diverse sectors such as agriculture, scientific, and industrial were lauded.

Ariel India, P&G, and BBDO Worldwide showed how fathers and husbands can take small steps, such as doing laundry, to create more equal homes through the #ShareTheLoad campaign, which won a ‪Glass Lion award at the 2015 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. While the TV commercial for this has gone viral, the real win is the way the campaign’s message is geared towards changing stereotypes and showing the value of supporting gender equality. All the aforementioned campaigns are hinged on P&G’s #WeSeeEqual campaign that seek to push the boundaries on gender equality and women empowerment.‬‬‬‬

How Sulit Is Your Baby’s Diaper?

All moms just want the best for their babies. So when it comes to diaper, we want them to stay comfortable while playing and of course while sleeping. Did you know how Sulit is your baby's diaper? Here's your Checklist to SAVE on diapers while still giving your child the best!

While there are many things that moms can scrimp on, their baby’s well-being isn’t one of them.

Since babies will constantly be in diapers for their first years of their life, moms will be spending a lot of money on them. It’s important to choose the right diaper that is not only best for baby, but offers moms exceptional value.

Not all diapers are made equal. Even when all of them promise the same key feature of effective absorbency, very few actually live up to it or are able to offer more. Needless to say, picking one out from the sea of brands available can be more challenging than you can ever imagine. So how do you choose the best one and make sure that you’re actually getting your money’s worth?

Check out our checklist on finding the most sulit disposable diaper for your little one:

Does it offer exceptional absorbency?

A diaper’s absorption level measures how much liquid it can hold and how well it will be able to wick the liquid away from your baby’s skin. Diapers that assure good absorption should be able to quickly absorb and lock in the wetness throughout the diaper’s core. This will help prevent your baby’s skin from being exposed to persistent moisture, which typically leads to rashes.

To check which diapers holds up to its promise of exceptional absorbency, you can do a torture test and pour the same amount of liquid in two different diapers. The diaper which is drier to the touch offer better absorption.

Is it ideal for your baby’s size?

Diaper sizing conventions are based on babies’ weight. However, like most clothes, sizing from brand to brand can vary, and so does baby’s fit on these diapers.

Ultimately, finding the right fit involves a lot of trial and error and adjusting. Given this, it’s important to have key features such as stretchy tapes that help adjust to your baby’s shape and movement for superior fit and comfort. For babies 6 months and older, since they are more active, you can look for diapers in pants form that offer features such as elastic waistbands that help adjust to baby’s weight and movement. As a bonus, pants with easy-on and easy-tear off benefits will help make changing a breeze, so babies get uninterrupted playtime.

At such a young age, your baby’s skin is very sensitive. It’s important therefore to look for diapers that come in ultra soft and gentle materials that will not irritate your baby’s skin. It may be good to avoid materials that have a plastic feel. Remember that your newborn will essentially be wearing this round-the-clock—so comfort and safety are two elements that you really have to consider.

Does it offer more savings in the long run?

Moms may often try to strike a balance between the cost of an item and its perceived quality, choosing to sacrifice some quality if it means it will lead to more savings. But choosing the best diaper for your child doesn’t have to come with a hefty price tag. In fact, the opposite may be true. High quality diapers may end up saving moms more in the long run.

When computing for how much a diaper really costs, don’t just check the price of one pad of diaper. Higher quality diapers may be more expensive, but they offer exceptional absorbency, which means moms need to change less often and use fewer diapers in a day. This means moms actually save more because they purchase less diapers!  It is much more accurate to compute cost of diapers monthly because it reflects how much diapers you actually use, and how much you save from having less frequent changes.

Not only does a higher quality diaper allow you to use less pads, it also offers more protection against irritation and rashes. A lower quality diaper may make the child feel unwell and uncomfortable, making parents end up taking extra, usually expensive measures to nurse him or her back to health.

Parents are often faced with the challenging choice of which product will provide the best value without compromising quality and comfort. Pampers ensures superior quality with 12-hours of overnight dryness to help give baby a good night sleep and protection from diaper rash. In fact, Pamper Baby Dry can last longer than 2 ordinary diapers overnight, which means you’re not only ensuring your baby’s comfort, you’re also ultimately, saving more money in the long run.
